-If the design draft is not completed, the remaining fee can be refunded after deducting a 5% PayPal handling fee.

-If the design draft has been completed, the remaining fee will be refunded after deducting 35% of the fee.

If your custom keycaps are finished.

– If the custom keycaps are regular size and are a popular theme character, the remaining fee will be refunded after deducting 20% ​​labor costs.

–If the custom keycaps are of unusual size or have logos, we will not offer refunds.
